Sparta Sparta Books, 41 Theater Centre (Route 181), Sparta, will hold its Fall Sidewalk Sale on Saturday, Sept. 30, beginning at 9:30 a.m. Customers will enjoy discounts on fiction and non-fiction books as well as cookbooks, “how to” books and diet, health and lifestyle books. Additionally, all books on audio will be on sale as well as greeting cards. There will be lots of “potential holiday gifts,” notes Kristen Cernek, owner of Sparta Books, “for those who plan early.” “We are hoping that our Fall Sidewalk Sale will allow us to meet many new patrons and introduce the store and our services to them,” explains Cernek.
