— Looking for something new and exciting to end the winter blues? Try some of the township's old and new programs.

Do you enjoy writing, try the creative writing class for ages 14 and up and adults. Perhaps you are interested in a women’s self defense class? The Community Services and Recreation Department has that too – for ages 18 and up. If exercise is what you are looking for, their brand new Group Groove Dance workout fits that bill. This high and low cardio dance workout is for children 13 through adult. And if yoga is what you are looking, the new Hoops and Yoga for Whirled Peace class is for adults 18 years and up.

Also brand new is the Comic Book Creation class for those in grades 2 through 6 who enjoy writing and drawing. Each participant will go home with his or her own actual comic book. Jewelry design also for those in grades 2 through 6 is another new offering this spring for those “jewelry divas” with a creative side.

There are also popular returning programs including, violin, ceramics for children, piano lessons, pajama party music class, Sport Squirts programs, guitar, family frog night and Legos. Don’t miss out on these exciting and fun programs, sign up now.
