Allamuchy - A free lecture presented by Dr. James R. Fedich of Village Family Chiropractic on Tuesday, Feb. 6 will focus on ways to better manage stress. After defining the types of stress and symptoms, Fedich will discuss many techniques to take control of stress, from positive self-talk and guided visualization to exercise and diet. The lecture will discuss physical conditions that can contribute to stress and possible chiropractic solutions. “There’s a lot of stress in today’s fast-paced world. This lecture is a great forum to discover ways to alleviate some the pressures of everyday life,” Fedich said. Those attending the lecture will be offered a free exam and consultation at Village Family Chiropractic that includes more than 250 tests to determine if yours is a chiropractic case.
