Students' art work to be displayed at N.J. State Fair

    Binney and Smith, the makers of Crayola products, invited art teachers throughout the state to submit student artwork for a juried show, “The Art of Childhood.“ The exhibition will be held during the N.J. State Fair in Augusta from Aug. 4-12. On Aug. 8 the honorees will receive awards and a Crayola gift bag. Among the students selected to have their artwork on display were, from Helen Morgan School, Emily Haag, Kaitlyn Lagasca, Meghan Keple, Maya Ellington, Nils Veidis, Antonio Danino and Sean McIntyre. From Sparta Alpine School, those selected were Gabriella Buttitta, Kelly Manniello, Raymond Roggero, Rachel Stote, Jessica Rogers, Erin Cannon, Stephen Vocaturo, Shirley Wang and Andrew Smith.
