WEST MILFORD — It's true! Summer is coming. That means the Summer Concert Series is right around the corner.
West Milford Community Services and Recreation is looking for sponsors for its summer concert series and movie night series, keeping them free for the residents. The summer concerts have been popular for years in the township, drawing hundreds of people from West Milford, Wayne, Kinnelon, Warwick, N.Y., Bergen County and other places. These concerts have grown over the years in diversity and in attendance.
The Recreation Department has sponsorships from Inserra Shop-Rite Supermarkets as an Executive Sponsor and Sound On The Run for sponsoring a concert.
Any person or business who would like to be a sponsor should contact West Milford Recreation at 973-728-2860 for more information. There are several different levels of sponsorship for each of the nights.
Summer Concert Series
The Executive Sponsorship – $400
Includes name on program, advertisements/fliers including press releases, and on an event sign at the location. With this sponsorship you can set up a table or tent with advertising/give-a-ways for one concert (additional $200 fee if you choose the final concert on the beach). Sponsor certificate.
The Premier Sponsorship - $300
Includes name on program, press releases and fliers. Sponsor certificate.
The Associate Sponsorship - $100
Includes name on program.
Movie Night Series
The Gold Sponsorship – $1,500
Includes name on all advertisements, fliers, mass email, internet, press releases and an on-screen promotional advertisement (DVD provided by the sponsor) for your movie night. You are the sole sponsor for that night. Sponsor may set up a table or booth with advertising/give-a-ways. Recognition plaque.
The Silver Sponsorship - $800
Includes name on program, press releases, mass email, internet, fliers and advertisements. All sponsors in this category will be announced at movie night. Framed sponsor certificate.
The Bronze Sponsorship - $300
Includes name on program, press releases and fliers
The Business Card - $25
A copy of your business card on the movie or concert event’s program - reaches hundreds of people.
