Uncle Floyd to appear at Wild West City

BYRAM — Floyd “Uncle Floyd” Vivino will bring his entertaining musical comedy act to the Golden Nugget Saloon at Wild West City on Saturday, July 7.

Originally an icon of local cable and public television, Uncle Floyd is a regular at venues such as the Riviera in Las Vegas, Atlantic City’s Borgata, and clubs, parties, and fundraisers across America.

Best known for “The Uncle Floyd Show,” a mainstay of public and cable television in the New York metropolitan area, Uncle Floyd amassed a loyal group of fans and enthusiasts.

In addition to his show, which aired for over 20 years, Uncle Floyd has appeared on “Law and Order,” “100 Centre Street,” “The Cosby Show,” and “The Wiseguys Show” on Sirius Radio.

Doors open at 7:30 p.m. and parking at Wild West City is always free. Tickets can be purchased at the door on the night of the show. Tickets are $15 per person.

Wild West City, a historically accurate re-creation of the famous Old West town of Dodge City, Kansas, originally opened in 1957 and has been in continuous operation as a theme park since 1963. Wild West City stands as one of the last remaining examples of postwar tourist culture in the Skylands region of New Jersey.

Wild West City is located at 50 Lackawanna Drive in Stanhope.
