This summer, West Milford Township Library invites you to let go of stress and find strength, balance, and joy with gentle yoga classes led by Michelle Brook, 200- hour registered yoga teacher certified by the American Yoga Academy.
Bring your mat or a thick towel, and other props if you have them. There will be mats available to borrow.
Classes will take place from 6:30-7:45 on:

Tuesday, July 23
Tuesday, August 27
Registration and completion of the required waiver form is required.
Registration is limited to 15 per class.

The WMTL Friends will collect a $5 per-class fee at the start of the class.
