Blairstown - North Warren Regional High School will host the Blairstown Business Association’s Winter Festival on Saturday, Feb. 24, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. As in the past, dozens of businesses will be on hand to share information about their products and services. “The Winter Festival has been growing over the years and this year will be no different,” said Robert Goltz, president of the Warren County Regional Chamber of Commerce Themerger of the Blairstown Business Association into the Warren County Regional Chamber will bring new ideas, growth and a new excitement with this year’s event. The Chamber is encouraging businesses and organizations to come on board as sponsors, participants and/or prize donors.
