    set Sparta Day Sparta — On Saturday, June 9, the Junior Woman’s Club of Sparta, together with the Sparta Parks and Recreation Department, will be hosting the 32nd annual Sparta Day. Sparta Day is a family event that attracts thousands of people from Sparta and its neighboring communities. It is a craft fair and family festival that has become not only a fundraiser for local charities, but also a community service. Over 100 vendors, rides, entertainment and food are planned. The event will be held on the grounds of the Mohawk Avenue School from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine. There are still booth spaces available. Interested vendors can either download the forms from www.jwcsparta.org, or they can call 973-300-7309 and leave a message requesting information.
