HARDYSTON The Sussex County YMCA is partnering with AAA to offer a new program Travel Getaway Tips and Tricks. The program focuses on teaching basic survival skills along with some vacation tips, in a fun learning environment. Families are asked to bring snorkels and masks for instruction and practice. This program runs Saturdays, in the Y's pool, on Feb. 4, 11 and 18, from noon to 1 p.m. Pre-registration is required. A representative from AAA will be presenting expert tips on Saturday, Feb. 11. The program is open to families, couples or anyone who would like to prepare for a vacation. The price for Y members is $50 per family; non-member price is $75 per family, Y membership is not required.
