McAfee Ziegler Dance Centre, located at Viking Village in McAfee, is preparing its Z Dance Troupe for another year. They recently held an informal dance concert to perform all of their competition dances for the first time this season. The 2006-2007 Z Troupe is made up of one hundred talented performers from local towns. These members, ranging in age from five years and up, compete in acro, ballet, pointe, tap, jazz, hip-hop, lyrical, musical theater and vocal categories. The routines vary in size. There are solos, duets, trios, groups and/or production dances, all of which are instructed and choreographed by Peggy Ziegler, Renee Ziegler, Doreen Ziegler and Bonnie O’Brien.
