New grocery store Highlands Market by Shop Well, located at the former A&P plaza in Hewitt, is slated for a grand opening on Oct. 15, Mayor Michele Dale announced in a Facebook post on Sept. 9.
The store was originally set to open in the spring, but was put on hold due to COVID-19 related delays.
The store is currently accepting applications for employment opportunities on its website: highlandsmarkets.com
