Stephanie and Daniel Sullivan of West Milford announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Sullivan, M.D., to Matthew Factor, M.D., son of Deborah and Michael Factor of Long Valley, and grandson of Harriet Factor of Northridge, Calif.
The couple met at their alma mater, The Pennsylvania State University. The future bride is a resident physician in internal medicine with Yale School of Medicine at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut. Her fiance� is completing his surgical residency at Ochsner Clinic in New Orleans, La. Together, the couple attended MUA Medical School, where Factor was the class valedictorian, and completed their clinical clerkships with the LSU and North Shore LIJ Health Systems.
The bride-to-be is a 2003 graduate of West Milford High School, and the groom-to-be is a 2003 graduate of West Morris Central High School.
A November 2013 wedding is planned.
