WEST MILFORD — Kristi Gail Masone, a teacher at Maple Road Elementary School, is the grand-prize winner of the Primary Colors Creative Classroom Sweepstakes.
Recently, teachers, students and parents from all over the country submitted pictures of creative classroom projects to the School Outfitters Facebook page to share ideas, showcase creativity and enter the contest.
Masone submitted her creative project, “Indoor Snow Fun.” Her entry was drawn from a pool of more than 250 qualified entries.
“While teaching my multiple disabilities students about fun things to do in the winter, we decided we wanted to have a snowball fight and build a snowman… but we did not want to go out in the cold,” said Masone. “The kids had so much fun!”
