Barbara A. Blose Jester of West Orange died on Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012. She was 89.
Mrs. Jester was raised and lived in Verona before moving to Parish, Fla., in 1990 and then to West Orange in 1997. She worked for Bell Telephone, Newark, and waited tables for a restaurant in Livingston for many years. In Florida, she was the proprietor of the Court Jester. In 1997, she began working for Kiefer Brushes, Verona, and worked there until the business was sold.
Mrs. Jester is survived by her daughters, Donna Cerio of West Milford and Bonnie Sharkey of Verona; her son, Vincent, of Freehold Township; her sister, Alice Kiefer; and five grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband, George, and her parents, Clair and Ruth Blose.
