Beatrice Lupano, the widow of Edward L. who predeceased her in 2004, died on Monday, Nov. 25, 2013. She was 93.
Born in the Bronx, N.Y., the daughter of the late Francis and Louisa (Yolandi) Cardillo, she lived in Putnam Valley, N.Y. for 50 years before moving to West Milford in 1997. Mrs. Lupano was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society and an active volunteer at St. Columbanus School and Church in Peekskill, N.Y. She also volunteered for many years at the Peekskill Hospital.
A son Kenneth Lupano and his wife Linda Godlove, a daughter Lorraine Stark and her companion Dennis Dignardi and grandchildren Dustin, Carissa, Jillian and Dylan survive her.
Visiting will be held from 3 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013 at the Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road, West Milford. A funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 27, at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Hewitt. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Westchester.
