Carmen I. Moreno, 83, of West Milford, passed away May 9, 2026. Prior to retirement Carmen was a sales associate for Leather Wearhouse, East Rutherford. Beloved mother of Wendy Moreno-Blanco and Raymond Moreno, and two grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband Raymond Moreno in 2025. Visitation will be Thursday, May 14, 4-7 p.m. at Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road, West Milford. Final disposition is private.
