Elane Karen Bauerlein, nee Neill, the widow of Peter, who predeceased her in 1995, died on Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2012. She was 65.
Born in Hackensack the daughter of Edward and Virginia Elaine (Courtwright) Neill, Elane lived in Kinnelon coming to West Milford 46 years ago. She was a waitress at the Huntsman Restaurant, West Milford.
Surviving are her children Jeff Demarest of Ringwood, Todd Demarest of Albany, N.Y., Shawn Demarest of Ringwood, and MaryAnn Jennings of Hewitt; 17 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren also survive.
Visiting will take place on Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, from 7 to 9 p.m. at Richards Funeral Home, West Milford.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, Sept. 15, 2012 at Warwick Cemetery, Warwick, N.Y. (from the funeral home at 9:30 a.m.).
