Harry Trawinski

    Harry Trawinski passed away April 12, 2013 with his family at his side. He was 79.

    Born in Garfield, he moved to West Milford 42 years ago. Before retiring, he was a quality control engineer at ITT Avionics in Nutley.

    He leaves his loving wife of 48 years, Irene (Bernas), a son Thomas of Mahwah, daughters Kathleen Zeleszko and her husband Tony of Cedar Grove, Janice Lunenfeld and her husband Doug of Rockville, Md., and grandchildren Hayden, Ava and Alina.

    He was predeceased by his father, Francis, mother Anna, brothers Edward and Eugene and sister Helena.

    Proud of his Polish heritage, Harry is dancing the Polka with the angels.

    Visiting was held on Sunday, April 14, at Richards Funeral Home, West Milford. A funeral liturgy was held on Monday at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Hewitt. Interment followed at Cedar Heights Cemetery, West Milford.
