Anyone who met Herb could tell you how big his heart was. Whenever you saw him, you could count on a huge smile and a big hug. He treated everyone like family and always put others before himself.
Herb was the most devoted husband to Linda, who predeceased him, father to Daniel, also predeceased, David and his wife, Cari, the most wonderful Grandpop to Claire and Nicholas, the best big brother to Larry and his wife, Diane, uncle to Laurie, and loving fiancé to Debbie. He was the uncle and best friend who went to everyone's football and baseball games and would never miss sending an enthusiastic birthday text signed "xoxo."
Herb is at last reunited with his wife, Linda, beloved son, Daniel, and his parents, Evelyn and Morris.
Services will be held on Tuesday, May 9, at Richards Funeral Home, West Milford, from 10 to 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Warwick Cemetery.
