    James H. Nelson of West Milford died on Thursday, August 16, 2012. He was 91.
    Born in Palisades Park, he was the son of the late Frederick and Gretchen (Wraga) Nelson. An Army veteran, he served during World War II.
    Mr. Nelson was the founder and owner of Tracer Tool and Machine Company, Oakland, before retirement. He was a member of Silentia Lodge #168 F&AM, Butler, life member of Shrines International of Livingston and a lifetime member of Scottish Rite Freemasonry of Union.
    Surviving are his wife, Emma (Kellerman) Nelson, one daughter, Debra Leskanic, four grandchildren, Kelly and Heather McAllister, Chad Nelson Miller and Allison Leskanic and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a his daughter, Janis McAllister in January, 2012.
    Friends may call at the Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road, West Milford on Sunday, Aug. 19, from 2 to 5 p.m. with Masonic services during visiting hours. Private disposition.
