Jane Cahill, a loving mother and caring grandmother, passed away Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012. She was 96.
Jane was born in Paterson and had been a resident of Saddle Brook for 60 years. She moved to West Milford six years ago.
She is survived by her son John G. Cahill of West Milford; her sister Evelyn Defore and her brother Gary Wessel. She is also survived by three grandchildren, John M. Cahill, Kim Cahill and Stacey Cahill, as well as four great-grandchildren, Justin Halbig, Katie Cahill, Kevin Cahill and Brandon Renner.
Jane was predeceased by her husband John Cahill, brother Fred Wessel, sisters Emma Barrile and Eleanore McSorley.
She was laid to rest at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Saddle Brook.
