Marie E. Kelly, (Gasper) age 90, of West Milford, formerly of New Freedom, Pennsylvania, where she was an active member of St. John the Baptist Church, passed away Feb. 26.
Born in Nutley to Frank and Esther (Hattarick) Gasper, Mrs. Kelly was a school teacher for the public and parochial school systems before retiring.
She was the beloved mother of Richard Marshall, wife Kate, Kevin Marshall, wife Sophie, Brian Marshall, partner Donna LaValley, Susan Mc Andrew, husband Thomas, and Patricia Criscitelli.
She was also the grandmother of eight and great grandmother of nine.
Marie was predeceased by husband Francis Kelly.
Visiting hours are scheduled for March 1 from 7-9 p.m. at Richards Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road in West Milford.
A funeral mass is scheduled for Saturday at 11 a.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, 1911 Union Valley Road in Hewitt.
