Robert Paul Kohle, Sr. of West Milford passed away Monday, Oct. 1, 2012 at the Milford Manor Rehabilitation Center. He was 76.
The son of Gustav and Anna Kohle of Pequannock, he spent the majority of his life in Pompton Plains and then Branchville. He was the proprietor of the Mountain Rest Inn in West Milford since 1982.
Predeceased by his parents, he is survived by his six children: four sons, Robert and his wife Deborah of Wantage; Thomas and his wife Peggy of Gansevoort, N.Y.; David and his wife Angela of Pequannock and James and his wife Jamie of West Milford; and his two daughters, Deborah of Pequannock, and Patricia of Exton, Pa. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, Oct. 13 from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. at the Richard’s Funeral Home, 1440 Union Valley Road, West Milford.
