Thomas I. Taggart, Sr., 80, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2018, surrounded by his family.
Born in Paterson, Tom was a 56 –year resident of West Milford Township and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Tom was predeceased by his wife of 52 years, Nancy, and is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Mauro Macari, and granddaughter Lisa, all from West Milford; another granddaughter, Stephanie and her husband, Bryan McDowell of Halethorpe, Maryland; and his son, Thomas I. Taggart, Jr. of Florham Park.
In an effort to help others, Tom’s wish was to donate his body to science.
