Vasil Savov of West Milford died on Monday, May 13, 2013. He was 71.
Born in Macedonia, Mr. Savov came to the United States many years ago and lived in Garfield before moving to West Milford in 1999. He was the owner of Vic Home Improvements, West Milford, for many years before retiring. He was also a school bus driver.
Mr. Savov is survived by his wife, the former Vasa Talevska; his children, Nik Savov and Eva Bozarov; his sister, Slavica Pejdanovska; and a grandson.
He was predeceased by his parents.
Services were held on Thursday at Shook’s Cedar Grove Funeral Home, Cedar Grove, followed by a funeral liturgy at Sts. Kiril and Metodij Macedonian Orthodox Church, Cedar Grove. Interment was at East Ridgelawn Cemetery, Clifton.
