SCCC students heading to Rutgers

    Sussex county - Eric Struble and Scott Van Der Sluys have been awarded the Rutgers University Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society Scholarship for the fall 2006 semester. The scholarship honors high-achieving New Jersey community college transfer students who are members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and is for an amount equal to the annual tuition at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. Both students must be enrolled at Rutgers University full time. The scholarship will be renewable for an additional year of undergraduate study provided the students continue their enrollment as full-time Rutgers students, maintain a 3.0 or higher cumulative grade-point average, and make satisfactory progress toward their degree.
