Samuel Brensinger, son of Joyce and Joseph Brensinger of Highland Lakes, has been awarded the Isabelle M. Hickman Scholarship in the amount of $4,000, the first student in Sussex County to receive this scholarship from the New Jersey Retirees’ Education Association. A graduate of Vernon Township High School, he is also a National Merit Scholar and Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholar. He plans to attend Cornell University and major in engineering.
