STERLING FOREST —For the cost of a ticket, patrons can travel back to Elizabethan England where tales of honor, treachery and intrigue are woven through out the day. From the conflict between Robin Hood and the Sheriff of Nottingham to bawdy pub sing-alongs, there is entertainment geared to all ages. For Shakespeare buffs, there is a full production of Henry V. The faire is on Saturdays and Sundays through September 24 and Labor Day Monday. It is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sterling Forest has been home to the annual New York Renaissance Faire for more than 25 years. For more pictures of this event, visit www.westmilfordmessenger.com.
