West Milford Township High School recently announced the -2007 Edward J. Bloustein Scholarship winners. They are: Thomas Colicchio, Rebecca Kuehner, Alycia Link, Drew Nardiello, Keith Plokhoy, Veronica Sherwood, Jillian Stark, William Stark, Christina Valerio and Roberto Zuban. Each year, more than 7,000 students statewide receive scholarships in recognition of their high level of academic achievement. Students may use these awards to continue their education at New Jersey institutions of higher education. These students were selected on the basis of the following criteria: 1. Class rank of one, two or three in the graduating class and rank within the top ten percent of the graduating class at the end of the junior year. 2. Class rank within the top ten percent of the graduating class at the end of the junior year with combined critical reading and mathematics SAT scores of 1260 or higher at the end of the junior year. 3. The award provides a $1,000 annual scholarship for up to four years. Students must be enrolled as a full time student at a New Jersey college or university.
