On a beautiful May day Upper Greenwood Lake Elementary School’s PTA held its annual Bubble Day where the entire student body blows bubbles outside of the school in memory of former principal Al Pecci. Proceeds from the bubble sale goes to the Al Pecci Scholarship Fund awarded to a select number of the school’s alumni graduating from West Milford High School.
