Caring Hearts is West Milford Parks and Recreation, Office of Older Adult Services newest program. The program is a crochet/knitting program that began in March 2006. The 11 participants have completed projects, such as lap blankets, baby blankets and hats, and donated them to area nursing homes and hospitals.
