WEST MILFORD The Teen Coffee House located at 1073 Westbrook Road is sponsored by West Milford Parks and Recreation and C.A.S.A. It is open to teens in grades 9 and up. Picture I.D. is required. It is open Friday and Saturday nights from 7 p.m. to 12 midnight starting Friday, September 8. Parents and students should know that cell phones do not work on the property. High School clubs are permitted to use the Coffee House for meetings, special events, etc. The Coffee House is also available for teen birthday parties. All the regular rules apply.
