WEST MILFORD Three Farrell Field were unexpectedly shut down this week when a referee expressed concern about the deep ruts in the soccer fields. The P.A.L. soccer teams use all three fields. Renee Palermo, the Parks and Recreation Department Director said on Wednesday that she expected the three fields to be back in use by this weekend. A fourth field has ongoing repairs and has been out of use for several years.
