WEST MILFORD - Appetites and a love of food are all that's required for residents to enjoy themselves at "A Taste of the Highlands" fundraiser. Among the more than 30 restaurants, delis and caterers taking part are G&S Catering, Frank's Pizza, A Cut Above, Casa Bianco, Village Square Inn and La Rocca. Menu items will include tortellini with escarole, chicken marsala, stuffed mushrooms, chicken francese, mussels marinara and tiramisu. This is an opportunity to try local eateries and food preparers while supporting the West Milford Education Foundation. Camp Ocawasin on Macopin Road will be the site of gastronomic function from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. on May 27. Bring friends and enjoy the evening in the large rustic hall by the lakeside. Tickets are $35 each and can be purchased by calling 973-657-0853, at Lakeland State Bank or at the Board of Education office.
