The Blocks - Shawn, Cheryl and Anthony - are all smiles as they become the first family to register for the library’s summer reading club, Paws, Claws, Scales and Tales. Theresa McArthur, head of children’s services, was in charge of the kick-off celebration on Saturday, July 17.
