Former West Milford resident Owen Kelly caught a 41-inch muskellunge in Belchers Creek near Valley View Pub with a 4-pound test line. Local fishermen said the fish was stocked in Monksville Reservoir over 15 years ago. Apparently, they swim upstream during heavy rains to feed on the perch and sunfish under the bridge.
