WEST MILFORD Make Valentine’s Day special with a homemade dinner for two at the West Milford Township Library. Join Chef Dan Frey on Monday, Feb. 6, from 7 to 8 p.m. and learn how to create a romantic dinner of roasted garlic and red pepper soup, fillet of sole stuffed with crab and red velvet cheesecake.
