The Republican Organization introduced the Row A candidates for council in the June 6 Republican primary. They are Dr. Sal Schimmenti (left) and Councilman Joe Smolinski. They have been collecting signatures for a tax relief petition to be presented to Governor Jon Corzine. The petition asks for compensation for West Milford in return for safeguarding the water supply for millions of New Jersey residents.
