Robert V. Hopper, III, son of Robert V. Hopper, Jr. and Joan Hopper, of West Milford graduated from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia. He graduated with a degree in civil/environmental engineering and is currently employed in Hampton, Virginia. He is a l993 graduate of West Milford High School and served his country aboard the USS Enterprise Aircraft Carrier from 1998 to 2002. He and his wife, Jennifer, who is a speech pathologist, live in Norfolk, Virginia.
