West Milford The West Milford Township Library received the 2007 Public Relations & Marketing award for its recently redesigned Web site. A Celebrating Our Best: 2007 reception was held at the New Jersey Library Association’s annual spring conference in Long Branch, N.J. Accepting the award on behalf of the West Milford Township Library were: West Milford resident William Lerant, director of Alonso Consulting; Theresa McArthur, BA, head of Children’s Services; Robert Alonso, founder of Alonso Consulting; Adrienne Grebla, Alonso Consulting; and Joanne Grady, MLS, head of Adult Services.
