    A beautiful start to the farmers market season

WEST MILFORD — The West Milford Farmers Market opened its season on Wednesday. With bright sunshine, mild temperatures and lots of fresh vegetables, flowers and even empanatas, the day was a good start to the 2014 market season. J and Kay provided music for the day. The 13 vendors had plenty of patrons, keeping them hopping throughout the day.

The West Milford Farmers Market takes place rain or shine on Union Valley Road, behind the West Milford Presbyterian Church. The market is sponsored by Sustainable West Milford. For more information, go to sustainablewestmilford.org.
