As a culminating activity to their two-year study of Spanish, Deborah Lincoln’s eighth grade class at Ringwood Christian School recently visited Hacienda de Don Manuel restaurant in Suffern, N.Y. Accompanied by several faculty members and parents, the students enjoyed a truly Mexican meal. The young people ordered their meals in Spanish and made good use of their conversational skills throughout the evening. Lincoln and four of her students are from West Milford.
