Members of Girl Scout Troop 70233 are a little more prepared for what life may throw at them after taking part in a self-defense class recently. Master Farouk Sheikh at Sheiks Martial Arts in Newfoundland taught the class for the girls and they loved it! The girls are very appreciative to Master Farouk for taking the time out of his day to teach them to protect themselves. They learned some really cool techniques and had lots of fun.
