WEST MILFORD — West Milford Superintendent James McLaughlin announced last week that the district received seven resignations for the purpose of retirement from the following teachers and support staff:
Norma Bozenmayer, science teacher-West Milford High School
Maxine Farrell, resource center teacher- Marshall Hill School
Patricia Maglio, resource center teacher-Maple Road School
Rosemary Rescigno, reading specialist-Maple Road School
Frances Sarnella, secretary – Guidance Department-Macopin School
Sandra Schultz, business aide, food service-West Milford High School
Gregory Sheremeta, social studies teacher- West Milford High School
The resignations are effective as of June 30, 2013.
McLaughlin said that the combined service years for all of the retiring teachers listed above equates to 199 years of service to the district.
McLaughlin also acknowledged the resignation of Dr. Jeanne Apryasz, principal of Apshawa School, which is also effective June 30, 2013. McLaughlin offered his congratulations and well-wishes to Apryasz in her new position as superintendent for Sussex-Wantage Schools.
