Bank names 5 Employees of the Quarter

OAK RIDGE Lakeland Bank recently honored five employees with the Employee of the Quarter Award for the first quarter of 2012. Maria Arocho, Tracy Conklin, Angela Kohler, Sandra Maloney, and Matthew Minion were presented with the award based on nominations submitted by their colleagues.

Maria Arocho, credit administration correspondent, started with Lakeland Bank in July 2005 as a part-time teller at the Vernon office and in 2006 transferred to her current position. She is a resident of Highland Lakes.
Tracy Conklin, marketing communications specialist, joined the bank in November 2010 as a marketing coordinator and was recently promoted to her current position. Conklin is a resident of Wantage.
Angela Kohler, asset based lending accounting clerk, started in January 2004 as a part-time teller at the Vernon office, joined full-time later that year and was promoted to teller manager in 2005. She transferred to loan operations in 2006 as a consumer loan processor and was promoted to her current position in 2010. Kohler lives in Highland Lakes.
Sandra Maloney, automated signature review clerk, joined the bank in Febrary 2008 as a leasing file clerk in loan operations and was transferred to her current position in 2010. She lives in West Milford.
Matthew Minion, network administrator II, started in July 2002 as an information systems analyst and was promoted to the position of network administrator in 2006. In August 2011, he was promoted to his current position. He resides in Sandyston.
