NEWFOUNDLAND — Secluded Acres horse farm is hosting a blood drive, in conjunction with the Blood Center of New Jersey, on Saturday, Dec. 1, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
While this is the season to give, why not give the gift of life?
ShopRite will provide refreshments for all donors.
In addition to the gift of blood, if 30 units of blood are donated, Blood Center of New Jersey will donate $300 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure. For every 10 units donated beyond the 30, the blood center will donate $50 to the Clifton High School Mustang Band.
No advance registration is necessary but you may call ahead to make an appointment. Call the Blood Center of New Jersey at 973-646-4700 for an appointment and any information.
