WEST MILFORD — When people hear someone say "nine months," they may automatically think of a baby on the way.At the West Milford Animal Shelter, Blaze comes to mind. Blaze is a nine-month old puppy - a baby with four legs, a warm nose and floppy ears.

Blaze is a hound mix with a gleaming brown coat with white accents on his neck, chest and paws.He has a warm heart to go along with his warm nose.Blaze also has the attributes that make a puppy a puppy. He likes to play, run, walk and have fun.He needs an active couple or family with children age 10 and up who can keep up with him. Blaze does need some training to help him become the dog he is meant to be.
