Chabad opening Hebrew School

— Chabad of Upper Passaic County is opening a Hebrew School for children ages five to 12 years of age. Hebrew School will begin Sept. 9 and meet every Sunday for the duration of the scholastic year.
The goal is to offer all Jewish children an education and memories that will inspire them for a lifetime, according to a press release. The school will provide an education that instills Jewish pride, a sense of history, and a genuine and meaningful understanding of Judaism. Synagogue membership is not required. Payment plans are available.
