MORRISTOWN — The College of St. Elizabeth is holding the line on student tuition and fees for the 2014-15 academic year, announcing rates from this current year will be maintained. All of the college’s students — traditional women’s college, adult undergraduate, graduate, doctoral and certificate – will benefit from the freeze.
“We are sensitive to the economic struggles that families are going through and want to partner with them to contain costs,” said President Helen J. Streubert. “Most of our traditional students receive some form of financial aid, and many of our adult students are part of the recovering economy without additional resources, therefore we are holding the line. Tuition and fees for next academic year will remain at the 2013-14 levels and we will also continue our policy of accepting up to 90 credits in transfer for undergraduate programs, another way that CSE remains competitive and supports the career goals of transfer students.”
CSE tuition rates for graduate and continuing studies are inclusive of all fees, making it easy to estimate the final cost of a degree with no hidden surprises. Streubert said he is proud of their ability to support working adults.
Sponsored by the Sisters of Charity of St. Elizabeth, Convent Station, N.J., the College of St. Elizabeth enrolls more than 1,500 full- and part-time students in more than 25 undergraduate, 10 graduate and two doctoral degree programs; an Ed.D.in educational leadership and a Psy.D. in counseling psychology.
